No problem! We'll share a tool at the Kickoff Call on March 31 that will help you choose a focus that fits your life.

Q: Do I have to stick with the same habit for all 21 days?

Not at all! This is a choose-your-own-adventure challenge. You can dive deep into one habit or adjust as you go.

Q: Will the weekly video coaching calls be recorded?

Yes! Live participation is encouraged, but if you can’t make it, you’ll get the replay the next day.
